1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is D7, the owner of the KANGA brand, with its address at ul. Św. Jana 11/4, 40-012 Katowice, Poland. For privacy matters, contact hello@kangaworld.com.
2. What we collect and why
Through the waitlist form we collect your email address and consent record, so we can send updates about the KANGA launch, first collection and Kanga Care. When you email us, we process the information contained in your message solely to handle correspondence and reply to your request.
3. Legal basis and retention
The legal basis for the waitlist is your voluntary consent. For an email message, we process the information to reply to your request and manage correspondence. Waitlist data is kept until consent is withdrawn or pre-launch communication ends. Messages are kept for the time needed to handle the matter, and no longer than 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority.
5. Data recipients
We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase to operate the waitlist and Fastmail for email. Access is limited to people and services that need it to run the website and correspondence. If processing requires a transfer outside the European Economic Area, we will apply safeguards required by law.
6. Automated decisions and cookies
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing or create profiles from waitlist sign-ups or email messages. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will show separate information and, where required, ask for consent.
7. Voluntary nature
Providing details is voluntary, but necessary to join the waitlist or receive an answer to an email message.
