1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is D7, the owner of the KANGA brand. For privacy matters, contact hello@mykanga.eu. Before activating the list, we will add the controller’s full legal name, registered address and identification details here.
2. What we collect and why
Through the waitlist form we collect your email address and consent record. We use them only to send updates about the KANGA launch, first collection and Kanga Care.
3. Legal basis and retention
The legal basis is your voluntary consent. We retain your data until you withdraw it or until pre-launch communication ends — no longer than necessary for that purpose.
4. Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time and request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority.
5. Data recipients
We use hosting and Supabase database providers to run the website and waitlist securely. Access is limited to people and services that need it to operate the list. If processing requires a transfer outside the European Economic Area, we will use safeguards required by law.
6. Automated decisions and cookies
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing or create profiles from the sign-up. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will show separate information and, where required, ask for consent.
7. Voluntary nature
Providing an email address is voluntary. Without consent, we simply cannot send you launch updates.
